The town of Topeka is the state capitol of Kansas and is known for many haunting tales and a history of all it's own. One being the Kansas State Capitol Building located in Topeka, Kansas. This five floor beautifully constructed building has always been knows as the peoples building. It is also known for it's 10 death that occured during the construction of the building, 9 men and 1 women. To this day there have been several reports of strange noises and heppenings coming from the capitol building.
