ABOUT "Asylum Presents-Blood Ridge Processing Company"
Flesh for the Family
In the shadowed hills of Appalachia, the
Blood Ridge family was once known for their
livestock farm. But behind the rotting barn
and rusted meat hooks, a horrifying truth
simmered. Loomis Blood Ridge, the patriarch, was a
butcher by trade-but whispers in town
claimed he was more than that. Obsessed
with purity and control, Loomis believed that
the soul could be "cleansed" through flesh.
He passed his twisted beliefs to his three
children: Silas, Henry Clay, and Malachi-each
more disturbed than the last.
. Henry Clay Blood Ridge, the eldest, was a silent brute who
carved with surgical precision.
-Silas Blood Ridge, the middle child, kept journals filled
with cryptic symbols and anatomical
sketches.
-Malachi Blood Ridge, was known for his
eerie calm and fascination with embalming.
The original farmhouse burned down under
mysterious circumstances, but the trio rebuilt
it as Blood Ridge Processing Company,
claiming it was a meat-packing business.
Locals noticed strange disappearances,
livestock that never returned, and the smell of
cooking that didn't match any known meat.
Eventually, the town abandoned the ridge.
The company was shuttered, but the building
remained-rotting, cursed, and alive with
whispers. Some say the Blood Ridge family still
operates in secret, harvesting more than just
animals. And if you listen closely on foggy nights, you
might hear the cleaver's rhythm ... and smell
something cooking that would reveal something far worse than Appalachia folklore has seen.
