ABOUT "Daisy Adams Farm"
Come visit Daisy Adams Farm this spring for locally grown strawberries, blueberries, and other fresh produce. We are also looking forward to offering a full lineup of fall activities including a corn maize, hayride and other educational and social opportunities for people of all ages!
Daisy Adams Farm is truly a first generation farm. Agriculture and education have long been a passion of the Evans family. In 2007, Jed graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Agriculture. In 2010, Jed and Shanna married, and that same year planted their first blueberry bushes. The joint goal was to one day be able to have a true family farm. In 2013, the Evans family purchased the 55 acre farm on Daisy Adams Road and began putting a plan together to have a full agricultural educational working farm. With help from family and close friends, an acre of strawberries were planted for their first "u-pick" crop. In the spring of 2014, we will finally offer our first commodities to sell directly to the public. The farm, as all farms are, is a work in progress, but we are excited to see what the future holds. In the fall of 2014 we will offer a corn maze and other fall activities for families to come out and enjoy. Next time you're close by, stop in and visit for a while. We hope to see you soon!
