The House at Haunted Hill is preparing for its 13th annual haunting for the residents of Southern California. The spooks return nightly October 26, 27, 28, from 7pm till midnight and 29, 30, 31st, telling their tale in a show that repeats every twenty minutes. The City of Los Angeles closes the street to vehicular traffic for the event so visitors should go to the House at Haunted Hill website, www.houseathauntedhill.com for parking information. Admission is free. The House at Haunted Hill has garnered national and local media attention with its unique Halloween show. This year MSN listed it as one of the thirteen “must see” haunted attractions in the United States. Often compared with The Disneyland Haunted Mansion and featured in an HGTV special, The Los Angeles Times, and The Daily News, the event consists of high tech special effects, an original score and a storyline told by apparitions that appear at various places of the house. The show is free of blood, gore or serious scare, so spooks of all ages can feel safe to attend.
