To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons, please adhere to the following rules:
 

1.     No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking or the use of open flames (e.g., lighters) is strictly prohibited on the premises. Anyone found violating this rule will be immediately removed from the attraction and may receive a citation from the local fire marshal.

2.     No Touching: To maintain a safe environment, touching of props or actors is not allowed. Actors will not touch patrons. Violations of this policy may result in removal from the attraction.

3.     Prohibited Items: Alcohol, firearms, and any type of weapons are not permitted on the premises. Patrons displaying signs of intoxication or disruptive behavior will be denied entry or removed from the attraction to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

4.     Safety First: Running, roughhousing, and other unsafe behaviors are not allowed. Patrons engaging in these activities will receive one warning; repeated violations may result in removal from the attraction.

5.     Liability and Waivers: Highland Hills Haunted House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Patrons are required to sign a "Hold Harmless" waiver prior to entry. A valid photo ID may be required for verification. By entering, patrons accept the risk of potential injury and acknowledge that the venue is not liable for such risks. Masks are encouraged for health and safety; a $2 fee applies if you need one.

6.     Attraction-Specific Rules: Upon entering the attraction, patrons will be required to sign a form outlining specific safety rules. It is the responsibility of each patron to read and adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the attraction.

7.     No Refunds or Ticket Transfers: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

8.     No Affiliation with Real Persons: Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and intended solely for the attraction's effect. Highland Hills Haunted House and its affiliates are not liable for any perceived offenses.

9.     No Unauthorized Illumination: The use of flashlights, laser lights, or other forms of illumination, including cell phones, is prohibited within the attraction. Large bags, backpacks, and purses are also not allowed. Violations may result in removal from the attraction.

10. ADA Compliance: Highland Hills Haunted House is not ADA-compliant. We regret that we are unable to accommodate individuals with disabilities due to the nature of the event.

11. Medical Conditions and Sensitivities: Patrons with medical conditions or sensitivity to strobe lights should consider not entering, as the attraction can be intense. The venue is not responsible for health issues related to these conditions.

12. Parking: Parking is available along the roadside and in the surrounding neighborhood. Please avoid blocking driveways and respect the local community.

13. Children and Supervision: This attraction is intended for adults and children accompanied by adults. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
