• Fog, strobe lights, damp or wet conditions

• Moving floors and special effects

• Sudden actions and jump scares

• A physically demanding environment

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU:

• Suffer from asthma, heart conditions, or seizure disorders

• Have respiratory issues, mobility limitations, or physical ailments

• Are pregnant

• Have claustrophobia or any mental or psychological conditions

• Are wearing a cast, brace, or using crutches

• Are intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs or medication

• Are taking any substance that may impair your reaction or judgment

Anyone showing signs of these conditions may be denied entry by our staff for your safety and theirs.

HOUSE RULES:

• No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the attraction

• No running, pushing, or horseplay

• No touching of actors, props, or other guests

• No flashlights, video recording, or flash photography

Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Your ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, with or without refund.

• By entering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation.

• You agree to release the operator, parent companies, affiliates, landlord, staff, and owners from any liability for injury, harm, loss, or death arising from attendance at this attraction.

WEATHER POLICY:

In case of inclement weather, rain checks will be honored any operating night through the end of the current season.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
