1: ZERO TOLERANCE touching policy - touching or assaulting our actors and/or event staff will lead to immediate intervention from the local police. ZERO TOLERANCE - ZERO WARNING - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2: Do not touch our props, animatronics, or sets. Failure to comply will result in the removal from the attraction without refund. 
3: Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises or parking lot. 
4: No running while on the premises. This is for the safety of our customers, actors, and staff members. 
5: Smoking is not permitted on our premises per Illinois state law. 
6: No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
7: Open flames or lighters are not permitted on the premises.
8: No photos or videos while inside the attraction.
9: Lights of any kind are not permitted inside the attraction.
10: There are absolutely no refunds for any reason - no exceptions.
11: V.I.P. and Platinum V.I.P. ticket purchasers must provide a photo of the ticket purchaser at checkout.
12: All tickets purchased in 2024 are only valid for the 2024 season and are void and hold no value after the season completes.
13: Tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
14: Fast Pass ticket holders must arrive on the date selected by purchaser.
15: V.I.P. and Platinum V.I.P. ticket holders must arrive on the date and time slot selected by purchaser.
16: The Dungeon of Doom Haunted House hold the right to deny entry for any reason.
17: The Buried Alive experience is not included with General Admission tickets.
18: In the rare event The Dungeon of Doom Haunted House is unable to open, all tickets will be honor any other operating day.
19: The Dungeon of Doom Haunted House is not responsible for lost, stollen, or damaged items.
20: All attendees agree to act in a safe and responsible manner.
21: All attendees agree to not disrupt the actors performance or interfere with the show.
22: All attendees agree to follow posted road signs and road closures while arriving and leaving the event. You also agree to drive safely and follow all road laws. The Zion Police Deparment and The Dungeon of Doom Haunted House traffic control team closely monitor all traffic entering and exiting the event. 
23: All sales are final.

THIS EVENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE WHO HAS PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE AGGRAVATED BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
