Farm Fresh Our “honey season” usually extends from early fall through spring. Call ahead (734-429-1212) for dates during the fall if you are interested in watching us extract honey from our more than 20 bee hives. Our honey is not pasteurized and some believe consuming local, raw (unpastuerized) honey may be beneficial to those with allergies.
