Haunted Houses
Recommended for Guests 16 and over (VERY SCARY)
Allows one trip through The Hotel for the date and time slot purchased. You will walk through the attraction with a group of up to 6 people. You should arrive about 5 minutes before your ticket time, and you will be allowed to enter at the time for which you purchased your ticket.
Fast Pass - $40.00
Same as general admission ticket, but allows you to jump to the front of the line for minimal or no wait to enter the attraction.
VIP - $60.00
The VIP ticket is for people who are looking for an extreme haunt experience. It allows one entry into The Hotel by yourself or with your own group of up to four VIP ticket holders for a much more intense, personalized, more interactive, and intimidating haunt experience. This ticket also allows you to jump to the front of the line with minimal or no wait for entry.
Buy your tickets in advance to ensure that you are guaranteed an entry. Buying at the door may cause you to have to wait until the next available tour time if there are any remaining, or be turned away if we are sold out.
Ghost Tours
Paranormal Ghost Tours are conducted daily at 8:00pm but must be booked at least one day in advance. Ghost tours are not conducted on nights that the haunted attraction is open.
Psychic Readings
Psychic Readings are scheduled daily from 7pm - 10:00pm and must be booked at least one day in advance. Other times are available by appointment.

For safety reasons and to decrease the loss of items, lighters, laser pointers, purses, backpacks, and bags are NOT permitted.
The Hotel is NOT responsible for lost items. Please leave ALL personal items locked in your car. We will not stop the attraction to look for your lost items.
No guns, knives, or weapons of any type. No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking. If you are intoxicated you will not be admitted.
The tour has a zero tolerance rate for trouble makers. Trouble makers will be removed from the property without refund. If any of our actors or guests are harmed, or our property is damaged, we reserve the right to remove you from the attraction and you may be prosecuted. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
Ghost Tours:
Enter at your own risk. The floors of the hotel in which the tour is conducted were abandoned years ago, and, while stabilized, the building remains in a state of semi-ruin. Visitors should exercise caution and must stay with the tour guide at all times. Visitors must follow all directions given by the tour guide.
All guests must sign a liability waver before they will be allowed on the tour.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Garrett Hotel does not have electricity, and no elevators, and as such is not wheelchair or crutch accessible. You must be able to climb up two flights of stairs. Extended tour guests must be able to climb up and down through a large hole in the wall.
