Come explore Grand Rapids and you will find hauntings and ghost stories that date back to the early 1900's. The first one on the books to be reported was in 1907 at the Michigan Bell Telephone Company. It is reported that the ghosts of Warren and Virginia Randall are the ones causing activity. There would be strange noises, brights lights, sounds and screams from no where. Eventually in 1924 the building was torn down and a new building was built. To this day there are reported strnage phones calls with just fuzz and no one on the other end.
Another very famous site in Grand Rapids Michigan is the Woodland Grand Theater. The story goes that years ago there was a man named George who would often go to the theater with his dog. George then died of a heart attack, but that did not stop him from seeing his weekly movie. Even after his deather, George was still reported as coming and watching the movie with his dog and sitting in the projection booth. It has been reported that George would often play with the lights, turning them on and off. Others have reported hearing his dog bark very loudly, such as any dog would.
Today that old theater is now torn down and there have not been as many sightings of George and his dog. There have been some reports of a ghost like dog walking around where the theater once was.
